It was like watching an episode of Seinfeld---and a RARE scene with George and Newman are in the room alone together....WEIRD.

I especially liked when LeBron went into the stands and hurt himself(chair hit him in the nutz)---and practically NONE of his teammates went to see if he was okay.

A great matchup of players I hate.  If only they could both bang knees and go down for a few weeks... and have firey diahrrea the entire time.

What I am sad we don't get to see is a Verajao vs. Ilgauskas matchup, since they play for the same team.  I imagine a one on one game with them... Verajao gets the ball at the top of the 3 point line... Ilgauskas stands steadfast in the paint, eyes narrowed in anticipation.  Verajao flips his hair out of his eyes, snorts derisively, and begins his inevitable onslaught towards the basket.  Then, a mere five or six feet before these basketball titans collide, they both spontaneously fall over, the rare simultaneous flop. We are all witnesses.... (echo) witnesses witnesses

The Cavs are SO overrated... what amazes me is the most is that even when their weaknesses (and they have plenty of them) are revealed and obvious, ESPN and the media continue their lovefest with them and LeBron.

I mean, without LeBron, this team is basically made of role players, and that's it. LeBron is surreal, and his greatness makes the Cavs "good" but still, to me, they are a team on the same level as Chicago. They match well against certain teams (like us) and usually destroy the weak ones but truth be told, they are not contenders.

And the excuses about "Shaq and the newcomers are not integrated in the system yet" is so ridiculous.

What's amazing to me is that ESPN is just not showing highlights from the game. I heard they lost, watched ESPN for like an hour to see highlights.... it's like they're pretending it didn't happen.

(Rick Kamla eventually showed me some clips after he talked about the d-league for like 5 hours.)

Very funny, thanks.

Of the 2 I actually wouldn't mind Noah as reserve off the bench even though his shooting form makes Baby Jesus cry.  As long as he was told to only catch alley oops and dunk and never take a shot outside of 2 ft.

I just can't stand his personality.  I hate players that get excited when they do mundane things.  I'm all about 'intensity' but when you are just doing a basic basketball play, don't scream and holler.  And talk to a dentist.  And a barber.

I'm as big a cavs hater as you'll find, but saying they are the same as the bulls?  Before the series vs. the Magic last season, the Cavs were playing like a titan.  Yeah, we could see their flaws were going to be exposed but saying they are no better than an overachieving bulls team is a little strong.

I do think they are a contender, but a second tier one.  Boston, Orlando and LA are the top tier.  Cleveland, Denver, San Antonio are the clear cut second tier.

Noah has taken a big step this year. He has a very good game, much more aggressive and confident taking the ball to the hole. He is going to be a very good player, despite his personality issues.

See, that's another point that people tend to forget or to "twist". Who did the Cavs play before the Magic?

The Pistons, who where absolutely awful, going nowhere, and where everyone had already quit before the playoffs even started. Even the KG-less Celtics would have swept them.

Then, they played the Hawks. They are a good team but fortunately for the Cavs, they got bugged by injuries during the series. Basically, almost the half of their players were playing diminished. And still, they barely won one game or two in the series but finally fell short of getting a single W.

And remember, Mo Williams started to struggle against the Hawks but nobody took it too much in consideration since the Cavs swept the team anyway.

Again, people thought how dominant the Cavs were because they had just swept two teams in a row. But they didn't play against good teams at all (Atlanta is one but consider the injuries). If you had put them against, let's say, the Jazz in the West, they would have struggled to get to the second round.

And if you're talking about their great season, I must acknowledge they were great at the Q but overall they mainly destroyed weak teams. The Celtics got blown out in Cleveland but the team was playing without purpose at the end of the season and has always struggled in Cleveland (until this season at least).

The Cavs terrible record against good teams/contenders during last season was no coincidence. And I feel like LeBron is getting more and more frustrated, like he is thinking "God, I won't make it past the first round if we end up with the 4th or 5th seed wich such scrubs as teammates".

So yeah, I feel that the Cavs and the Bulls are on the same level... but I must admit that LeBron makes the difference and makes the Cavs slightly better. My point is that the Cavs are overrated and are not a contender (although they seem to matchup well with us but we will see if it's still the case during the season).

^ They are overrated.  They are a .500 team after all. ;D

The Cavs will continue to struggle until mike Brown realizes that Z and Shaq should NEVER BE ON THE FLOOR AT THE SAME TIME!

It is liteerally like Mike Brown hates athletic players.  Jamario Moon didnt see one minute of game time last night.

Also, that was not a foul on the last drive last night

They have to play LeBron at the 4 when AV isn't out there, right?

I thought that was the whole point of getting Moon and Parker.
