I don't think I can watch it.
I do want to tread lightly with the following disclosure, but having gone to college in the late 70's and having been a single guy in his 20's throughout the early 80's, cocaine had become an amazingly commonplace recreational drug in many social circles (including mine even though my circle was not a heavy drug using circle). From '78 to '86, I was in too many dorm rooms and too many parties to count in which cocaine was present and available (usually I did not partake). It was also expensive and though I did use it in very small amounts once in a while during that time period, I would not have considered my use a problem of any kind. It seemed harmless and I wouldn't have believed anyone who would have told me differntly at the time. I'd go months without even thinking about using it. I can tell you that the purity of the product was always questionable, and often was cut with speed or speed like products and I do remember a night with my heart racing and pounding, praying for morning. When Bias died, that was it for me and for my friends - none of us ever used the drug again.
A crying shame that he died at such a young age, unable to grow up and experience a full life. My guess is that his death saved the lives of many others.
