Haven't seen him play this season, but it seems like he's put up 2 solid games in a row this early season. I'm really pulling for him since he has been one of my favorite  players.

Any of you guys seen him play yet this season that can tell me how he has looked? Do you guys think he'll have a comeback year this season?

Of course, there's always the chance that we might meet with Philadelphia during the playoffs, so I can't wish him well too much.

Worth mentioning though that the two games were against New York and the Bucks, and his first game was against Orlando and he didn't do too well.

His talent/production is not the question, it's weather he can stay healthy.  The jury's still out on that.  I think it's karma for stealing my cleaning lady!  (No joke.  She worked for both of us in LA and he hired her away full time. LOL).

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Brand was once a dominant big man in the NBA and now he isn't. While I think he will be solid, he is no longer the number one option on his team (not even close with Iggy). I did go to a game last year, though, and he looked very solid around the hoop. I don't think he's lost it, I just think he has taken a half step back.
