Ray getting it done with 4 of 5 shooting seems about right  ;)

Yeah, gotta put a body on these guys and offa the boards, for sure.

29% shooting due to active defense is CRUSHING the Bulls  ;D

Our defence looks great. Bench is good again. Impressed with Daniels slashing and post up game. KG looks rusty but still looks good on D, passing, on the boards etc.

They talked to Simmons too long. Thought the first point about some players not being as remembered (ie Bernard King) was good but then not so much.

I almost can't bear watching KG in his "senior" state... that missed alley oop tonight, the missed dunk in game one... like why many people were upset about Jordan's return to play on the Wizards, I'd love to remember KG at his best.  He would've abused the rim with vicious dunks on those plays in his day.

*fingers crossed that he's still rusty and building strength and confidence in his knee*

This isn't Jordan with the Wizards. This is Jordan after his first retirement. He couldn't play above the rim, but he was still the best player in the game.

KG is still a top 10 player because of his defense, and he still has titles in him.

And let's not jump to conclusions.  While it's certainly possible this is permanent, he may yet regain his legs.  There's plenty of players out there that regain more athleticism throughout the season after an injury.

And if the C's can still destroy teams with KG missing shots like that, does it really matter that much?

that was an interesting halftime show.  apparently danny manning is the GM of the Cavs.  Avery Johnson coached the Lakers.  and Vince Carter still plays for the Nets.

I know Im being nitpicky but I hate that stuff.

I hope you're right!  But MJ coming back after baseball was after 9 seasons in the NBA and full health.... this is KG's 15th season and following a big knee surgery.

"It ain't about me.  It's about us."  - KG, interview with John Thompson, 2005 All Star Game.

Quis continues to impress.  But I have to say that despite the C's outplaying the Bulls, I like this Bulls team to make some noise.  They are pretty deep in athletic players.   Like Noah or not, he adds energy to a young team that otherwise could lose focus.

Also love the plate lady.

Quis looks good and so does Williams. Williams plays his role and looks tough.
