Well, the fact they're the only 2 loss team in the conference contributes to that.  

But, it is kind've nice to see it right now after reading all the hype during the offseason.

Unfortunatly, this will be a very temporary sight.

I know it's sacrilege to say so, but I don't think the Cavs are as good as everyone expects ... I really don't. Time will tell, but I think at the end of the year people will be talking about "What happened to Cleveland?" and how adding Shaq just slowed them down to a half-court team.

Well, they've always kind of been a half-court team, but adding Shaq has caused them to try to work in a major presence who frankly doesn't produce that much on offense anymore, and is now a defensive liability against anyone but a pure post player.  I think Shaq on a defense-oriented team was a big mistake, and they'll definitely be worse record-wise this year than last.  But there's a long way to go yet, and they may jell or make a major trade that turns things around.  I sure hope not though!

I think they'll be okay once they establish a better rotation of Shaq/Z and Parker/Moon shake out.

They still need someone who can guard perimeter 4s.

Let's wait and see what they're like when the get Delonte back.  Mo Williams appears really thrown off by a lot of the touches he got last year going to Shaq this year.  West's never been the sort to have that problem.  I still think they need to bring Shaq off the bench so he can be the focus on the offense when LeBron isn't.

Delonte was kinda their second best player... they will improve when he comes back
