If you need to kill sometime before the season opens tonight, check out some of these from the vault. Now despite the tragic outcome of the first 2 videos, it's really pretty to cool, and listen to the analysis and coverage of past Celtics draft picks.  Of course hindsight changes our opinions now, but check out the opinions back then:

Now those were the only actual draft coverage I could find of Celtics players, but here's a draft analysis of Rondo:

And let's go back and see what they were saying about KG, Ray, and Steph when they first came out.

Bias saying how he wanted to be drafted by Boston and Red calling him a great kid.

Pitino saying Walker really didn't have any weaknesses and how his maturity has grown.

Does Rondo have Shaq disease?

Garnett saying he's going to go get his degree.

Was Ray Allen drafted to replace JR Rider?

Marbury can get everyone involved and play D

I just think it's really cool to look back at these things and knowing how some things really turned out.  Seeing analysis of players perceived strengths and weaknesses, and how that actually played out over an NBA career.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class
