I have no idea who the owner is and it isn't my site, but some guy just posted a link to the site on RealGM and it is pretty cool. It is datamined from the espn play by play summaries and the guy tested the game logs against video from Synergy, which most NBA and college teams use for video logging.

It's easier to see the Celts stats when you use the pull down menu for teams...I was a little lost at first and got frustrated that I couldn't look for individual stats.

The meat of this thing is in the advanced stats section and the shot locations tab.

Just thought it was interesting and will provide fuel for arguments on either side. :)

Hey, thanks for linking the site. Individual player pages are on the future agenda for features to add. The idea for the site only came up a few weeks ago so we kind of rushed to get ready for the current season, meaning some functionality/features had to be put off until after launch. Individual player pages, opponent shot locations, shot clock info, and other stuff are some ideas we'll likely implement as the season goes on. If you guys have any other stats you'd like to see or ideas to better present the stats, please let me know, and I'll definitely try to do it if it's possible.

Decent site, (though I'm partial to another) ... thanks! (TP)
