Just turned on the game -- what should we look for in the second half?

How many hard picks Sheldon can set to flatten Mo Williams?
How many elbows Shaq can plough through Sheed with?

And I hope your interview went fabulously :-)
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Somebody fill me in - did we just get into a tussle in a preseason game?

Yeah Sheldon Williams and Mo Williams. Tussle under the basket Mo fell, got up and threw a hard shoulder. Sheldon retaliated with a shove.
I really wish Sweetney would make the team so he can periodically roll over some of these annoying little players.

Thank you - TP.  When did Sheed throw the elbow?  Or did that not happen?

They weren't acting like jerks, their a cocky, confident team and they should be. KG was the one that was bent over growling at Jose Calderon.

Oh come on.  The Cavs over-the-top in game celebrations were the stuff of legend.  Ray Allen was openly miffed about how they carried on.  They were drunk on their success and they were throwing up one everyone else's carpets.

And a big TP for that.  Awesome.  True, our attitude didn't really kick in til we were defending the throne.  Cleveland is King Nothing of the NBA.

i can't watch the game.... where is BBD though? I was hoping he woudl get some good burn especially against Shaq. Tell me he's not injure dor somethign

They haven't said anything, he probably just got a night off like most everyone else has had.

It is a little curious, but my guess is they just wanted to get a more extended look at Williams.

Could be, or it's entirely possible he has the flu. I know Sweetney did so Baby could have caught something. Come to think of it, Quis did, too.

Baby hasn't played in that last 2 halves.  Anybody think the Cs might be covering up the concussion it looked like Baby might have suffered in the 1st half of last night's game?
Folly. Persist.

That was my first thought too, but if he had the flu, they would not allow him to be with the team.

Thanks for the info guys, it's good that sheldon is getting some burn. You never know when a couple key big men could go down during the season....

Actually, what I'm most surprised about was Sheed calming everyone down.

Go look at the fight where Artest fought the city of Detroit. Sheed is calming everyone down there too. The media really makes it seem like Rasheed is a psychopath that can't be controlled.

Good catch. TP

I remember reading about. Didn't he suffer a concussion last year too (auto accident).

There really isn't a point of complaing about this guys. Both teams just flat out don't like each other. The Celtics were the Champs, we know. But that doesn't mean teams are going to kneel before them. Mo Williams is just an instigator along with Lebron, Varejao, etc. The best thing the Celtics could do is just win the game. I thought you guys prided yourself on being a tough no-nonsense team? Don't let a 6'1 PG get you all worked up.

Sheed, House and Daniels are dangerous playing with Rondo.

This is probably kind of infuriating for the Cav's.
To think we're gonna have our three best players playing major minutes when the season actually starts.
Lebron will have nightmares.
Practice? Whatchu talkin about practice?
