What are people's thoughts on Alex Smith's 2nd half performance yesterday? 

My thoughts: I think it is an aberration.  I still think Aaron Rogers is and will continue to be the better QB and that SF really messed up on that pick.

Ya the Alex Smith thing was a good story but I dont see it keeping  up.

Eli did not look good all game yesterday and quite honestly, I think the Giants were starting to believe all their press after beating up on 5 woeful teams and then having to face two quality clubs. They should not have lost that game last night.

Also, the Saints and Dolphins game was wildly entertaining but all those guys talked about was how the Saints offense kicked it into gear and won the game. It was the defense that won that game in the second half. I don't know what the heck Stockton and Johnson were watching.

Eagles defense is impressive here ... wish this game was a little closer.

Wow ... pretty sad showing by the 'Skins ... that last play sums it up.

The Reds beat themselves in this one ... the offense was way too inconsistent and too many holes in the "D". I thought it would be a much closer game, but I think I was selling Donovan short ... he's still very effective, and if he stays relatively healthy, should have a couple more good years. Washington offensive line was just so porous ... no way to get past it.
