Let's say I get the top pick in my fantasy league. Would it be paranoid of me to pick Chris Paul or D Wade over Lebron because I'm afraid Bron has swine flu and might miss a lot of time (or worse)?

Is there a doctor in the house? A mean an MD, not a PhD.  Let's just say he has it. What are the odds he has a serious problem?

I know it's a weird question, but I guarantee you the Cavs are wondering the same things.

It's the flu.  It lasts as long as any other flu.  Lebron is already starting to feel better.

There are probably reasons to not take Lebron #1, but I don't think worries about swine flu should be one of them.

Ok, cause I thought they were running tests on him. According to Yahoo him, Coby Karl, and Darnell Jackson (I think) are being treated like they have H1N1

I just think that's scary.  Like SARS. Yeah I know it wasn't so bad, but it was still scary

In a head to head league which player do you suppose is better?
Jeff Green or Eric Gordon?

Does anyone know anything about their development?

In a H2H league, especially in a wins per week (and not wins per category) it depends on your team strategy. Because it's easier to win a week if you only win a majority of your categories, it's a good strategy too load up on some categories and to "punt" others.

For example, in my H2H wins per week league, I have Brandon Roy, KG, Brook Lopez, Al Horford, Tony Parker and a few other players.

I have players who shoot at a very high %, rebound fairly well, loaded up on blocks, but no one who has very high assist numbers or anyone who shoots 3's.

If you have a balanced team though, I would go Gordon. Guards generally have a bigger "leap" in their second years, and a lot of people feel that Jeff Green is more suited for the bench, and though he's solid, his ceiling is lower than Gordons.

Per Yahoo Fantasy:

Sun, Jan 3

Dampier (knee) was a late scratch for Dallas' Sunday night visit to Los Angeles with swelling in his knee.

Recommendation: Dampier has cooled off a bit the last several games but the injury is a surprise. Drew Gooden started in his place.
