I heard this on the Knick broadcast last night.  If he can't make there roster, then he is in big trouble. Too bad. Thought he had some talent, but his lack of presence hurts him alot.

Gabe Pruitt was waived by the New York Knicks 3 days ago, on October 7.

I liked Gabe's skills, but he seemed to be a shy player.  He's more conscerned with not messing up than trying to make something happen.

Just another example of why no one should be upset the C's cut Pruitt.  If he was really deserving of being in an NBA rotation, he would've found a way to crack the C's point guard-less bench rotation or at least found a way to stay on the New York Knicks' roster.

Well, he's still got more rings than Barkley, Ewing, Stockton, and Malone combined.

Pruitt is really the first opportunity to gauge whether Doc ignores youth for vets regardless of their ability to contribute.  The fact Pruitt couldn't make it with the Knicks tells Doc's critics in this regard, myself being a vocal one on this issue, that maybe Doc does have a clue after all.

I was rooting for him as I do all players drafted by the C's.  Hopefully he can catch on somewhere overseas.

thanks.  I wasn't too sure the Knicks were a good fit for him but I doubt he catches on with another NBA team at this point.
