Ouch. Sanchez just got a nice #1 receiver.

This is probably a better situation for Edwards. He leaves Cleveland for a playoff contender with a good QB and avoids LeBron's wrath.

A knucklehead in NY.

A knucklehead who just punched out the friend of Lebron.

The Jets did not need him.  I think this is a dumb move on their part.

I agree, I think they got a guy who is a threat because of his big play ability. But they didnt get a surehanded receiver.  I dunno I feel like young QB's arent going to respond well to guys dropping passes.  If I were Sanchez I keep going to Cotchery(who I think is developing into a really good receiver in this league) Stucky and Keller, who have shown the ability to hang onto the ball and make plays.

Edwards is a great physical specimen but im not sure how much of a positive impact he will have.

I think Edwards just needs a change of scenery to get back to his '07 form. At least, this is what I'm hoping as I'm trading Roy Wiliams for him in my fantasy league. It's hard to catch a ball when your QB has the worst pass protection in the league.

In other news...

Cleveland has traded the Indians, Browns, Crew, Blue Jackets, and a franchise to be named later for the Yankees...

Lebron approves, but still hasn't signed an extension...

(for those of you that don't know Braylon was in a fight with one of Lebrons friends yesterday...today he was traded...hmmmm)

Edwards sucks, he had one good year but overall he has no hands. He also has an attitude problem. The WR they traded was a better fit, this is a stupid trade on the Jets part.

Mangini showed one of the tricks he learned while he was here.

135 pound friend of LeBron, let's not forget.  That's like beating up a seventh-grader.

Certainly, a gamble by the Jets.  Seems like they're giving up quite a bit (players & draft picks) for a guy with several question marks on and off the field.

I don't know if it was a move that the Jets HAD to make but it'll be interesting to see how it works out.

Of course, I'm hoping it fails miserably.

And let me just second that motion.
