I'm down in DC and usually get League Pass via Cable, but I've cut out my Cable TV subscription so that's not an option this year.  It looks like you can just get League Pass Broadband and it seems kind of good.  Anyone have any feedback on the quality?  ESPN360 runs well for me, so anything equal to that would be worth the price (I think like 80 bucks?).

I used it and enjoyed it. The quality wasn't great, but it was consistently better than other feeds you might be forced to use. Or worse not watching at all. I don't have ESPN360 to compare it to though.

Thanks for the input.  I've been getting by on just using the Web since the C's got knocked out, but I'm not sure I can make it through basketball season.  Hoping that Streaming + Bars/Friends can fill my celtics fix.

I used it - had to as stupid Comcast won't carry the TV version.  Quality was generally pretty good, when it was clear it was probably about equal to standard def on my smaller comp screen, when lousy it became kind of pixelated, but not too bad.  I liked that you could have 3 games running at once (2 in smaller windows) and toggle the sound from window to window - fun for following the league when the C's weren't playing.  It was also good to be able to take my League Pass with me when I went home for the holidays.

On the downside, there was some annoying lag when swapping from full-screen to windowed, like I'd usually do during commercials.  I hated that NBATV games were blocked even though stupid Comcast doesn't carry that here either.  I'm getting it again this year though.

I used it last year as a cheaper alternative to League Pass cable.  I felt that it was not very good.  The detail just is not there, and you would get alot of freeze frames sometimes, especially if you wanted to switch from full to smaller screen, and vice versa. Still, if I had no other option, I would do it again, I suppose. But this year I plan to shell out the extra $75 bucks and enjoy it on cable tv.

I think I'll be getting it for the first time as well. It's the only way I'll be able to see the games, since my current residence does not have cable.

I went to check it out on nba.com, and the page seemed to start loading, and then redirected me away. Is this happening to just me, or other people too? When does it usually become available for purchase?

I had league Pass on DTV last season but a couple of times it was raining hard and I lost my signal and used the broadband version to watch the games.  It played fine with only a couple times that it lagged or froze.

It's great when it works.  I keep attempting to sign in this year and it just goes back to the login screen.  Any suggesions?

I had this service last year and it was OK. I too could not sign up yet, even thou I'm a returning customer. NBA.com is the worst site that I visit. I only go there for League Pass, but I wish someone else offered it. NBA.com is the worst basketball site on the internet.

I had tried to sign in since DTV has already renewed my subscription and I wrote to NBA.com about it and they said that it will be up and running soon for sign ups.  So, keep trying.

Thanks...and TP for you.

Anyone been getting the games on your actual satellite/cable provider yet?  I have gotten the pre-season games in the past on NBA League Pass, but haven't even seen any games pop up in the guide yet.  Help me.
