Depends on the week. If I have a fight coming up, it's 2 hours a day on the mats rolling/sparring and another 2 hours of cardio/weights for about 5 days a week (depending on my travel schedule). If I don't have anything scheduled then it's 2 hours a day, mostly cardio (run/swim/bike) along with a lot of stretching/yoga/pilates (don't laugh).
Unfortunately due to injuries weights and sparring have been out for a few months, but the good news is that my swimming and cardio have gotten better, although I'm still out of shape.
