not sure what # we're at with all this but bailey howell deserves
a top 25.....in the HOF....allen has had only 2 years....had he played 4 or 5 yrs, he would be top 15 material with garnett....allen = modern day sam jones

Just refreshing my senior memory about Bailey Howell....three things:
Better than Silas and researched the next two:
We got him in 1966 in an even exchange for the infamous 7 foot stiff Mel Counts and
He was an allstar with Detroit and was traded to Washington in a trade involving two future GMs....Rod Thorn and Bob Ferry (Danny's dad)
