Fantasy football: Who to start at wr

I have to start two of the following:
Anquan Boldin
Desean Jackson
Lee Evans
Chris Henry

Scoring is one point for every 10 receiving/rushing yards.
Six for tds, 12 if over 50 yds, these also count for punt/kickoff returns. No points for receptions.
