BINGO. This is the big one, and to a much lesser extent the Leon Powe situation, although I recognize why it went down the way it did. I just loved the guy, his style of play, his background story, and his character, and thought he frankly deserved better.
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

That they are never home during the Christmas break. Can the Garden please give the Ice Capades or the Circus the week before or after just one time and let the Celtics and bruins be home during that time.

That they don't play on St. Patrick's Day at the Garden every single year as a tradition. They are the Celtics. They play in Boston, that was a town with a huge Irish population for so long. The St Patty's Day parade is still a huge tradition. The Sox have the Patriot's Day tradition. Are you telling me the Garden and the NBA can't get together and make sure the C's play at home on St. Patty's Day every year? When St. Patrick's Day is on a nationally televised night or on a Sunday, make it the Lakers/Celtics tilt on top of it all. The NBA loves marketing. What better way to market the NBA in spring, late in the regular season every year before the playoffs than Celtics/Lakers at the Garden on St. Patrick's Day? Does it really take a neophyte like me to come up with these ideas?

That the Celtics don't make picks near the top of the draft anymore. Well, I actually don't hate that because it means they are a great team but don't you miss the possibility of landing the next Pierce or forever Celtic superstar by picking high in a deep draft? Even a little? Okay, you're right! Me neither. Championships it is!!!!!
