Perhaps...although I don't think it means much of anything.  I would guess that most NBA players (or pro athletes in general) have a home in a city other than the city they play in.  Chicago is Wade's hometown.  It makes sense that he would buy a home there to spend the summers.  It also makes sense that he would prefer to be in Miami during the winters.
