Dwight Howard has averaged 36 minutes per game for 5 years, and over that course of time he's only missed three games, and if I recall weren't one or two of those for suspension? Couple that with 37 playoff games in his career, 33 over the last two years, and a Finals run where he logged 23 this past season, he's got a lot of miles for such a young guy. Considering his very physical style of play, both in the way he approaches the game and the way opponents just whoop on him, there any fear that he may be "due" to miss some serious time?

(PS I understand its ridiculous to say a player has been "too healthy" but that is a TON of miles in 5 years. Probably close to most in the NBA)

Not at all, he's only 24. Plus being a christian, he's not out there womanizing or partying.

15 second left in a game.  You are down by 1.  Who's hands do you put the ball in to set up the play and who is taking the last shot?

I think we all know the answer to this one.

We all know that the answer should be.    ;)

Buffalo:

After your 6th man ripped out your heart, are you worried you best offensive threat off the bench is a man that teams can't get insurance on because of how bad his back is?

1. Yes it hurts no question. Losing Kleiza weakens my bench. Yes QRich's health and attitude worries me.

2. Ray Allen

So is Ray going to be asked to create his own shot?   Is that the best idea?

I agree he should be taking the shot.  But at this point, it looks like he is better at creating his shot without the ball in his hand.

Well, he would be getting Howard away from that distraction.

Not a problem.  In Orlando, he was the biggest drama star.

In Buffalo, he has TO cover.

Buffalo:

Are you at all concerned with your PGs?  Duhon had a jump in stats due to playing in D'Antoni's system.  Even then if you look at the last two months of his spits his averages moved back down to what he was used to getting in Chicago even though he was playing more minutes.  Do you think this is your weak point, considering who your backups are also?

Duhon did a great job passing the ball this year, which is the main thing I'm looking for out of my pgs. His assists per game this past year were only about half an assist per game higher than what he averaged in Chicago the previous two years, if you average his Chicago numbers out to 36 mpg, which is what he played this year. So the "D'Antoni effect" was minimal.

Rodriguez is also a great playmaker and will see more minutes in Sacramento thus year.

Yes, pg is a weaker part of my team but I have two guys who can tandem together and give me quality play. Plus they're both pass first pgs which is what my team requires.

Buffalo:  Is Dwight Howard going to learn a post move this year or will it be more dunks and running hook shots?

Dwight has Bob McAdoo coaching him so yes he will finally have a post move and a little jump shot. The failure of the Patrick Ewing experiment is over.

That's nothing. Hall of Famer Calvin Murphy fathered 14 illegitimate children by 9 different women.
