Microfracture surgery still has an iffy success rate. I think he'll be playing, I don't think he'll be completely back though.

I have a feeling once Cleveland's doctors take a look at Leon's knee, they won't be looking to give him a guaranteed contract yet.

With fragile bigs like Shaq and Big Z, the Cavs would be smarter going after Joe Smith.
