very nice off season.

T Allen - Scal - Back up PG

are the three remaining questions

Actually, I wouldn't be mad if we kept both TA and Scal. If TA is not asked to do too much and stays injury free I think he can be pretty effective. He has been in the past. His problems start when he's asked to do too much or should I say 'feels' he has to do more than he should. Scal, I have no problems with at all. He hustles, stretches the floor and is a great team guy. He came up for us big in a few games down the stretch last year. Another guy whom if he stays within his game can be pretty effective.

Edit - However, if getting rid of them to get Daniels is what needs to happen, then it's been real fellas. Peace!

Now all we need is Bowen and Marbury to sign vet min deals.

I think that keeping TA and Scal means that there's going to be some unhappy campers when it comes to minutes played.  Hudson and Walker will be happy to sit at the end of the bench.
Still a sap for my kids -

This is really good news. Big Baby was great last year.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
We now have a very deep frontcourt.

The article also says "Boston no longer has interest in re-signing guard Stephon Marbury"
Hmm, that's interesting.

Much better front line than last year, no doubt about it. I just kind of wish it was Leon instead of Baby. Glen's lack of rebounding irks me to no end.

Oh well, either way I hope Davis can continue adding to his breakout playoff run.

Technically BBD replaces himself, Rasheed has replaced Leon... and that's one hell of an upgrade.

You can never complain about having a deep front court, I just hope Davis can accept a more limited role this year.   With Rasheed Wallace in town combined with a healthy KG and Perk, I cant see him getting even half of the minutes he played last year (almost 22per).  I’m sure he’ll adjust, but its something to watch for.

Finally! Now we need to sign a vet PG and Bowen to make it a perfect offseason :)

That's a possible scenario for sure, but I have a feeling Doc will be a bit more cautious with KG for this season and baby may get a bump up in the rotations, more so than he may have expected.

report also said they have no interest in marbury anymore...i would still like to see a PG and bowen added for cheap..

i am guessing that both giddens, walker and tony will be on the team and i am guessing that daniels is going to get the LLE

Let's see how the minutes get alloted. I think Perk is the one that will be most affected by this minute wise. I think Doc will try to give Baby a fair amount of minutes just to keep him a bit happy. Of course, if he starts sucking, his minutes will go down, but I think Doc will do "right" by him.

Just once I want to try a monster lineup of KG-Sheed-Perk in the 3-4-5 positions just to see how it would look like.
