ok, here's a new idea, I think Miracle Johann (wherever he is) would enjoy this...

each of us takes a Celtic player and writes his intro into a rap, think Beastie Boys:

My name's Mike D and I'm back from the dead
Chillin on the beaches down at Club Med

feel free to repeat players and bring back in players from the past....

here goes:

My first name's Rasheed, last name's Wallace
you've got an energized maniac whose jumpher is polished

When you love life, life loves you right back

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Name's Scalabrine and I got red hair,
I play average defense and hit jumpers with flair,
If the ladies want a piece, the line starts over there.
You'll all get a turn, so don't you despair.

I've got 9 and a half didgets, I'm always ready to ball
I got a 70 inch vertical, making me impossible to stall
I've got the bball IQ of a 3rd grader, and like a 3rd grade birfday I made you a cupcake
a quarter of the threads on this site want me to come back, throwing me to the wolves was a mistake
I wore #5 proudly, warming it up for the KG man
now bring back Gerald Green, c'mon do it Dan

(note, I believe nothing about this rap except the 3rd grade IQ part)

Dog food stalls with the beefcake pantyhose

First pick overall and number one in ya hearts,
Skill wise you could equate me to a couple of farts.
Just cuz I'm seven feet don't mean I got a plan,
Last name Olowokandi but you can call me Kandi man.

First round bust but that don't mean I'm done.
If you're seven feet tall you'll get a deal from someone.
I couldn't get real minutes even if I tried,
Someone told you I could play? Well I guess they lied.
O'Bryant, Pat-Pat O'Bryant
You ain't even gotta wonder my name's Pat O-Bryant.
