OK,
To Boston:

Chris Quinn
Daequan Cook
To Miami:
Tony Allen
Travis Diener
To Indiana:
J.R.Giddens
Dorell Wright
Miami also sends a 2010 2nd round pick to Boston. Boston declines to match the Heat offer to Big Baby. Indiana sends some cash as necessary to help offset Daniels salary which is presumably 3 year 9-10 million starting at 3 million per.
Why? Cook is an offensive upgrade who can handle the ball a little better than Tony Allen (IMO) and Quinn gives us that cheap 3rd PG behind Rondo and House. He can also shoot a little. Miami gets an upgraded backup to Chalmers in Diener and Tony Allen can play a little perimeter defense for them backing up D Wade for 5-10mpg. Indiana gets Two nice young prospects at the wing in Wright and Giddens to go along with Brandon Rush.
We keep Brian Scalabrine and Bill Walker. We still need to sign a journeyman 5th big like Swift but our wing upgrades and PG depth is solved. This gives us a solid 9-10 deep rotation for the season that can be readily shortened for the playoffs. We also still have an open roster spot or two if Danny so chooses to steal a body at the end of training camp.
