He'd be a target for sure. Although... OKC can match, and they should match a max deal.

And assuming Pierce (1 year deal), Rondo and Perkins are resigned (along with KG's 21 million), the C's wont have serious cap room until 2012.

Show him your support on twitter-- KevinDurant35. He's on ustream fairly often too, though he doesn't have Starbury's flare (it's really dull actually).

This guy is a lot like Pierce.  I could see him replacing Paul.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

  • Let's Go Celtics
I would love to see Durant as a Celtic.  He would be coming into his prime as Paul rode off into the sunset.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Keep dreaming.

Let's talk in two years after some of these kids get their contract situation settled.

OKC wouldn't match our deal. They would offer a bigger deal, because they can offer more as his old team. Truly a dumb rule.

Was I the only one expecting to see Al Jefferson's name come up in the original post?

If by dumb, you mean genius, then yes.  For the old team at least.
