New Suns:

Rondo/Robinson
Howard/Mason Jr/Korver
Outlaw/Bowen/Korver
Jefferson/Outlaw/Milicic
Pryzbilla/Koufos

Need: Another big body, another point.

Have: 7 remaining draft picks.

I like the team except the Howard/Outlaw combo.  I think a SG of that callibur would help your team.

You mean that Josh Howard isn't a SG, or that a SG of the caliber of Howard/Outlaw put together would help my team?

I thought about starting Mason and bringing Outlaw off the bench, but I didn't like it in the end. I think I Howard is too good, and if he can defend 2's, which he can, he can play SG.

My current roster and lineup:
pg:Flynn/Jennings/Sasha
sg:Roy/Sasha
sf:Hedo/
pf:Harrington/
C:Dalembert/Thabeet/

I think is has playoff and championship material now and in the future

I don't like having both Dalembert and Thabeet.  They can't play together.  And for Thabeet to pay off in the long run, he needs time to play.

I don't think I've put our necks on the chopping block yet, so here goes:

PG: K. Hinrich/S. Livingston/T. Lawson
SG: J. Richardson/F. Garcia
SF: L. James/F. Garcia
PF: C. Villanueva/C. Wilcox
C: M. Gasol/C. Wilcox/D. Jordan/E. Thomas

Garcia backs up both wing positions, Wilcox both frontcourt spots.

Livingston can also see spot minutes at SG.

I was thinking if you could replace one of them with a SG of the same level, your team would be stronger.

Maturity and energy at he PF and C position.

Villanueva and Wilcox have both been question about their intensity.

Jordan and Thomas are both quite immature.

Talent is there, but do you have what you need to drive them?

Lebron makes them a contender.

I hear you about the motors on CV and Wilcox, but I think LeBron and JRich will help motivate them. Both of them are capable of 20 and 10 a night, and we like the look of Wilcox in the middle for an up-tempo lineup.

I don't follow on your appraisal of Etan Thomas, though. He's a warrior and a good locker-room guy (unless your name is Brendan Haywood).

Dalembert can make free throws at an 80% clip that's about all he is good for now these days, plus the occasionaly block.  I think you're very weak with your front court.  Harrington is not known for defense and Thabeet and Dal can be pushed around.  Plus you have 2 rookies for your starting PG slot, which is not good for a win now team.  Love your wings though.

Just from listening to the DC sports talk.  When he was leaving the teammates were sad about Songalia leaving, but not him.  It was felt that he was never part of the lockerroom.  Sort of an outsider.

I bring that up about him because you have him listed as the third C behind another young C that needs to grow up a bit.  I can see this causing issues.  Not enough to sink the team, but enough of a headache to effect the team in the playoffs.

Lebron, yes.  But Richardson?  Does he have the reputation as a leader / motivator?  The things I've heard have been closer to the opposite.

He was the steady presence of that Warriors team before they acquired Baron Davis, and then accepted the second banana role.

I think the last two seasons have been a little tough for him, getting abruptly dealt to Charlotte and then just as abruptly to Phoenix. He still has put up great numbers though.

Does he have a reputation as a bad teammate? I know he had a recent DUI incident, although no arrest was made.

It's definitely LeBron's team, but I think young vets like JRich and Hinrich will help lead as well.

You can say what you want about blocking shots because he is the only one trying, but my defense is anchored by 3 former NBA defensive players of the year.

All of whom are past their prime. And none of whom can lead a team offensively anymore.

What did KG do two years ago?

The answer is: Let Paul pierce take care of the scoring. You don't have Paul Pierce.
