I've heard some positive feedback but I'm curious what others think? Any suggestions out there?

Boston Celtics

Starters:
PG - Rafer Alston (34 MPG)
SG - Dwayne Wade(36 MPG)
SF - Rasual Butler (30 MPG)
PF - Antonio McDyess(25 MPG)
C - Nenê(36 MPG)

6th Man:

SF/PF - Lamar Odom (30 MPG)

Role Players:
PG/SG - Leandro Barbosa (25 MPG)
PF/C - Chris Andersen (24 MPG)

Playoff team.  Should be able to win a round or two.

Big men will prevent the team from winning it all.

I like the Nene/Dice/Birdman rotation. What's your beef with it?

Just don't think it is talented enough at this point to win a title.  To many question marks.  Last year was Nene's first healthy season.  Is Anderson going to be the same player now that he has a 5 year contract in hand or is he going to slip back into old habit (see Vin Baker/Roy Terply).

I am still a firm believer in Big Men winning in the NBA (with a few random exceptions)

I appreciate the feedback though thanks. I'm not sure how much I can add to my big man rotation.

well i have my serious doubts on

Nene being a starting center and not PF
McDyes bein a starter
Lamar odom being a backup ust to make bench looks good
anderson playiing good two years in a row

thats all
but I am ust saying you can use scoring from the bigs.
nene is good but out of position  wont help
even if i understand youre pushing the tempo
in what mcdyes doesnt fit.

Not really.

Shaq and Duncan combined for 8 (as well as going to the Finals 2 other times)
KG has one
The two Wallaces have 1
The Dreams 2 titles
Even last years Lakers had more big man talent in Gasol.

Eceptions:  Jordon (even though his big men were better then we think.  Rodman or Grant.  Cartwright or Longley)

Bad boy Pistons (who had more big man talent then your team, just not stars)

Before that, Celtics with Parrish and Mchale
Lakers with Kareem
76ers with Moses.

Gasol is a great big man? What was he doing in Memphis before he joined Kobe? KG was catching fish come May before he was teamed him Pierce and Allen?

Conclusion - Superstars surrounded by good, complimentary talent (stars) win championships.

Im not sold on, Rafer Alston, Rasual Butler, leandro Barbosa.

We have seen alston can be good or a serious detriment to a team

Butler is decent but doesnt give you much in either rebounding or scoring out of a starting SF

Barbosa has only been effective in the Phoenix run and gun, not in a half court game which you look to be running.  I don't buy the Barbosa and Wade will run by themselves, it doesnt work like that, you need a commitment from the team to run and I dont see that

Memphis won 50 games with a stacked lineup that included a young Battier, Posey, Wells, Swift and Jason Williams. Why didn't they go on to win the title?

Who was (by far) the best player on the Lakers last season? It wasn't a big man...

Boston's big man rotation is catching a lot of undue flack. I'm not sure what more people need to see from Nene at center, very active, physical, great finisher, great spin moves, 2nd best FG% in the league, knocks down jumpers, rebounds. His foul rate is high, but I don't hate a strong, aggressive defender. And he's only 26. (And the fact that Denver's GM is playing the injury card when he's built his team around Greg Oden and intends to flip Yao Ming next season is skewed.)

I also love McDyess, and it's becoming apparent that he's underrated here. One of the few NBA stars to successfully reinvent himself. Not many big men with better midrange games. A savy, well rounded player and a winner.

And Chris Anderson is possibly the best third big in the league, wdleehi's scare tactics aside. He'll miss some assignments, but he's great on the switch, long, very mobile, with a surplus of energy.

Tops.

EDIT - Wait, plus Odom? Front court is not this team's problem.

You asked for opinions on your team sir.  And since you opened my eyes to Mcdyess I dont believe I have trashed your frontcourt.
