  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
1.  Upload the picture to imageshack (http://imageshack.us/) or another of the free hosting services;

2.  Find the url of the direct link they provide you;

3. Post the picture like you would any other using a url.

You can upload the file directly to the post too, but the picture will not show (just the attached file, which would need to be opened)
