So there are BIG names next year as free agents.  Maybe DA may dumped Ray for one of the younger guys. D-Wade maybe?
I would keep Ray for 14 million for another 2 years.

Celtics have probably 0% chance of obtaining D-Wade.
0.042% to be more precise.

The only possible way would be a sign and trade, meaning we would have to come up with 16m in salary to match.

But Wade could decline the trade could he not? I am not sure how it works in basketball, but in baseball you can when you have played with a team for X number of years.
I think you missed the point of a sign and trade. The sign and trade would be done to get Wade to the team he wants to go to for max money. In other words, Wade and the Celtics would talk with Miami about what Miami wants in return for doing the sign and trade.

If a different team signs Wade, they can't offer him as much money, so that is the reason why Wade might prefer the sign and trade to just signing as a FA.

We went ALL IN with the Sheed signing. There are simply not good enough players being offered up for Ray Allen. I've seen too many proposals out there where we are just getting rotation players like Raja Bell and guys like that in return that are nowhere close to Ray. Ray is so valuable to our offense. The important thing to do now is to get a capable wing off the bench that can give Pierce and Ray more legitimate rest. I expect Ray to command Jason Kidd type money. I feel that they are in similar stages in their careers. 2 yrs/18 mil.

If we extend Ray for 2 years/ 20 mil, then in 11-12, Sheed, Ray and KG will all come off the books. That will be almost 40 million in expiring contracts.

We'll still hopefully have Rondo for most likely about 12 million and Perk for about 10. By then, if Ray, KG, Sheed, or Pierce wants to play another year or two, they would probably take contracts close to the vet min, or at least not more than a few mil. That would give us enough money to sign a max free agent and perhaps another starter.

Danny already mentioned that with the Wallace signing he could envision extending some contracts. I am not sure how much sense it makes; but he put it out there as a possibility. More worried about KG, Pierce and Wallace holding up than R Allen although he was not 100% for parts of the playoffs.

7 million guys?  Honestly, for Ray Ray?
I'd say at least 10, no more than 15.  19 is ridiculous.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale
