It's slanted so you can see the second R. Other wise it would look like two R's fused together and they would be sharing horizontal lines.

Slanting the second letter is pretty common in logos/jewelry.

Take a look at the newest C's members arm (Sheed).  Those are some horrible tats

Sheed's tatoos are great.. it has the sun shining on him and and each of his childen with a kind of Egypt motif.. honestly one of the coolest sets of tatoos in the league
