Wow, I'm really impressed by Spears. That's a big loss for Boston him leaving the Globe. I like the few Boston reporters that aren't smug Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.s.

While waiting for the conference to begin, the chat members' comments are priceless! ;D

Lol, I'm definitely getting a kick out of them.  Just the combination of wit, immaturity, cluelessness, sarcasm, illiteracy, and stupidity makes for some good times!

I agree. If anything, it's made an otherwise crappy afternoon a little better.

Yeah, the "xxx is not walking through that door" funny and not so funny jokes are quite good while waiting for the conference to begin. ;D

I can see it on csne.com, but not nba.com.  Video is up, but nothing going on, just the camera is on the door waiting for somebody to walk through it.

Is it just me, or does CSN never get these things going on time?

I seem to remember the KG conference was delayed as well.

A guy threw this stupid rumor in the chat but... imagine if Grant Hill walks through that door with Sheed just before the conference starts? :o That would be awesome though unlikely!

They have mentioned Sheed coming off the bench at least 6 times so far in talking.  Seems they have decided at least that he will be coming off the bench.

Danny said that it took 3 years to sign Sheed.  Danny still wants to bring Big Baby back but there is a limit to how high they can go.

The Celtics are still in the running for Hill as he is mulling over his options.  NY has upped the offer so it will come down to money or a ring.

at this point any progress on signing a wing would be grand
