  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
The Mavs have really improved, especially if Orlando doesn't match Gortat.

  • Rondo = Good
This is good news for us.  The West is getting better and the East is getting worse.

If the Mavs keep Kidd, sign Gortat, and trade for Marion in addition to signing Ross, they could be the 3rd best team in the West.

Let's hope that trend continues.

cavs want a guy on the wing that can shoot...they already have shaq and prolly varajo inside but need someone long that can hit outside shots like ariza, marion and sheed...but the cavs seem to be watching everyone else and their roster is not strong..their bench stinks with hickson, Big Z, gibson and that is about it

Also I'm not sure I get this signing.  Marion is a 3/4.  The Mavs already have allstars at the 3 and 4...  Are more moves to come from Dallas?  If not, who comes off the bench?  Marion?

I'd say Josh Howard.  Or, you can try playing Howard at the 2, with Terry coming off of the bench.

If you're Dallas, do you go big or go small?
  • A powerful rebounding/defense lineup with Kidd - Howard - Marion - Dirk - Gortat.
  • Or a run and gun offensive lineup with Kidd - Terry - Howard - Marion - Dirk

if they ink Ross, that puts them at 17 players according to this article

they'll need to make some moves to trim the fat

I'd go with the first lineup to start, but the quicker lineup could give other teams fits.

why hasn't cleveland looked into bass?

Why isn't Chicago signing Bass so they can have Bass and Salmons on the floor at the same time.  ;D

The chemistry won't work - they can't play together - Salmons will always try to go upstream.

True, as well as having this uncanny urge to spawn till he dies.
