There are a handful of good selections still left on the board.  It's easy to see why folks want to move up.

For the sake of curiosity, Portland is willing to entertain trade discussions for any player on its roster.

PM both Edgar and I with any offers.  We'll take the comic and the serious.

Suns Trade: 10th rounder (4), 11th rounder (19)
Flamingos Trade: 9th rounder (30), 11th rounder (30) 10 TP's

This is a conditional trade based on one stipulation.

Sigh.

Suns select Bruce Bowen to bring a little champion swagger and old man savvy to their perimeter defense. Plus his 42% 3 pt shot.

Plus he can hook the kids up with his senior discounts. I thought about him before checking his age. 67's a little too old. Like what you've done with the Suns. Great young big and pg.

You say crippling old age now..but what are you going to say when he's defending the other teams best guy for the C's this season. If I only get him for one year, defensive stopper isn't the worst thing to have to replace, and on top of that Travis Outlaw can learn from him.

My team needed a lil bit of that old man dirty trick swagger. Bruce Bowen brings that better than anyone. Think Sam Cassell for us 07/08.

Denver selects: Brian Scalabrine

Sad to see him go, but the ninth round is a little too high for what he brings to the table.

He was my last pick.  He is the prototypical 12th man.  He has the bling to prove it.   ;)

Honestly, there wasn't any high impact young player out there that was going to crack my rotation at this point.  Might as well get the smart, hardworking bench rider.
