our guards are obsessed with NOT using the pick. they just fake using it like EVERY time.

This is actually not all that uncommon in regular NBA games.  It annoys me to no end.

Pruitt just tried to use it but instead of passing to the open big man, he threw it outside and the big got all confused.

who was that right there with the reverse layup?

Rogers

Beat me to it... Did you check out the 4th quarter of that game?  I finally finished it on youtube.

Yeah, I did.  Thanks.  Great memories, even in Celtics losses.

No problem.  You almost forget how good it was to watch Reggie... almost.

Do you think Gabe regrets entering the draft? I know he got a championship but he could have played with Mayo, and probably went higher in the draft if he stayed.

Nick Fazekas looks alright, don't you think?

Therein lies a subtle, yet major aspect of a point guards abaility to make the correct and QUICK decisions.  Rondo is very good at this.

I like what I've seen from Fazekas. He'd be a good insurance big man.

He can't help us, but I'm really hoping Chris Lofton sticks somewhere in the NBA.  I've always liked him for some reason.

LOL at the guy emailing to say he's gambling on the game and has C's +2 and the over.

He's pretty nifty out there, has a good shot, can score at times and seems to rebound well.  He is a TERRIBLE defender however.
Folly. Persist.

Fazekas looks good. He looked good last night too. I think he could make this team and contribute some minutes. Same with Swift. He couldn't be worse than O'Bryant. Hudson shoud make the team as well. Gabe may be the odd man out. I'm a little disappointed in Mullins. I thought he'd challenge hudson for a roster spot, but it doesn't look that way. Karl looks very active and is playing well. I just don't think he has a chance to make the team though with Giddens, Hudson, Walker, and Gabe ahead of him.

Lofton's shot and the way he moves reminds me a lot of Dana Barros.

Kevin Rogers reminds me of Rodney Rogers.

Gabe will never be a PG.  Giddens looks pretty good, but seems to lack a good jumper.

46-45 Magic at the half for those who aren't watching.
