The Pistons job is a lousy one. Avery Johnson should never have gone near it, no proven head coach should. Only guys who can't get a job otherwise.

Good, I think Tom Ican'tspellhislastname draws up some great defenseive schemes. Defense won banner #17, and he was a big part of that. I also think Doc needs him, because while Doc is one of the best in the business at managing ego's, I think Thibedeau is the X's and O's guy that makes everything possible.

I know he's been passed over several times now. Hopefully it will not affect him.
