Josh Childress updates?

Does anyone have any updates/rumors about where Childress may be going? Would he sign for the money that Grant Hill would sign for if we dont match a BBD offer? Help me out here because I think he should be a target over G. Hill. Thanks in advance.

If we dont sign BBD or Hill, wouldnt we be able to offer him somewhere around what the MLE would be?

Atlanta still has his rights, correct?  I *believe* he'd still technically be a restricted free agent; even if he wanted to sign at the LLE, Atlanta could (and would) match.

i think the most the C's would even offer baby is the in the high 3's maybe 4...i think childress will want 5-6

Is Childress worth that much?  I'm not so sure.  He didn't exactly light it up overseas.

He never exactly lit it up here in the NBA either.

Not as a scorer but he is a great athletic and long defender who can knock down a shot. I personally believe he is worth whatever Ariza gets, although Ariza will probably get overpaid coming offf of that rediculous performance in the playoffs.

Ariza is a better defender than Childress. Childress isn't as good the ball as Ariza.
