sorry just upset I don't want Big Baby to be gone but I'm extremely happy Sheed is signing on and Grant Hill is most likely too.

Good point, though their games are completely different.

I think they sign McDyess.

The caps really are unnecessary.

Your right Tanguay is just throwing stuff out their hoping to get lucky. My guess is that he's assuming that since they aren't getting Wallace they'll go for Baby with the MLE. I doubt any team gives baby more than 5 million.

I doubt anyone gives him 4.

I doesn't matter who signs Baby. In fact, you should assume he's going to sign with someone else. That's the only leverege restricted free-agents have. It'll be up to the Celtics to match or not regardless of the situation.

Thats what I mean I don't want him to sign with another team for to much money that we can't match.

McDyess still hasn't been signed yet so the Spurs can go after him and sign him for the full MLE and let the C's resign BBD.

Baby could end up like Varejao last year when no one made him an offer due to their fear that Clev would match.

Tanguay was wrong about Dallas being the 5th team interested about Baby so maybe he can be wrong about Baby going to the Spurs... He was right about Rasheed so maybe he is right about Grant coming here.

Why would the Spurs throw an MLE at Baby when guys like Dice are still out there?
