I'll try, OP. When he first came out, he could really assume a low defensive position, for a big. Almost like a 5 version of the so-called Black Mamba. He was thin enough to be unusually mobile, for a 7-footer. He seemed to have a feel for the game.
Then, after a freak knee injury almost the second he was awarded the starting Center job for the Zombie Sonics, now know as the Blunder, he gradually became an immobile guy. He morphed, not for the better.
Maybe he can still rebound. Maybe he has enough sheer bulk to defend the post. But on a team that desperately has needed a Center, and that is in the opposite of a "win-now" mode, he has almost never gotten a minute of PT.
