He's attempting to do the same thing he did with his first team. Put together a young group that will grow together, and then hopefully trade for a star big.

I think he's lost it. Ben Gordon? Rodney Stuckey? These guys don't play D. And Charlie V is hardly a defensive stopper. It's like they're trying to become Milwaukee.
