One of our biggest problems closing out games last year was having Perk in the game. He is basically an offensive liabilty and has no place on the floor in the final minutes...

Keep in mind Perk is probably my favorite current Celtic and I value him just as high as any of the other starting 5...

Rasheed Wallce would give us a legitimate Center with an offensive arsenal. He can stretch the floor and open it up for our closer...

So basically the addition of Sheed would make our 'closing 5' more effective.

true enough

plus it gives us insurance if Perk is in foul trouble

you can go offense defense as well - say if we're playing the Magic or the Cavs (or better yet, use sheed to pull Howard or Shaq out of the paint and open the lane for Rondo/Pierce to penetrate)

I'll be the first in line to get a Wallace jersey - just hope its not 30... that number hasn't worked out well:

Bias
Blount
Bassy

(though ML and Max (briefly) wore it)

Just think at times in games we'd have sheed, garnett, pierce, allen and rondo.
Rondo should have a field day driving to hoop or kicking to any of these very good jump shooters!

I agree with everything in this thread, and will add, how bout post games?

The sheed-paul-KG triumvirate should be very entertaining.
