Questions about the Summer League

I haven't really followed the summer league before, but for some reason it has started to pique my interest this year.  I just had a few questions about it.  Who coaches the summer league team? Also, if Danny were to like some of the prospects on our roster (i.e. Sweetney or Swift), do the Celtics have first dibs trying to sign them because of affiliation or whatnot? Any other info on the summer league team such as where I can track the progress and such would be helpful.  Thanks.
