Is this the guy we all feel should be at the top of our list for SFs?

I'm thinking Danny must be expecting to use a good chunk, but not all of the MLE to bring Sheed here and he is planning on a much lesser number for Parker to fill the need efficiently.

Thoughts?

Hes a guard. I can not see him playing much at the SF spot... He does not have the height, weight, or length to do so.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Parker has been a shoting guard for his entire career, so I am not sure he can come in and spell Pierce. More likely to back up Ray Ray.

There is still a hole at small forward behind Pierce, but some combination of Walker, Scalabrine, mid-season pickups, or trades should fill it easily. Hopefully Parker coming to town could signal an end to the TA era.
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi
