Anyone else strongly feel as if we are all going to be disappointed with what transpires over the next 45-60 days?

I am going on record that the Celts come up dramatically short in the FA pool and that we'll be looking at a starting five with serious questions coming off the bench again.

Marbury - back
Baby - back
House - back

beyond this, I think the Celts are looking at a big man with talent the equivalent to the Birdman, and with what the other teams have done - this just wont fly.
sometimes you have to bite your lip, exhale and move on.  So, I have.

I think I will be initially disappointed, because we won't get any big name free agents (like Marion or Sheed). What I think we will get is players that are not exciting but will help us next season. Is Udoka or Barnes a sexy name? no. Will they help us win? I think so. People are saying this isn't that great a free agent class but I disagree. It might not have a lot of superstars, but it is a free agent class with a lot of bench glue guys that we need.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Why the pessimism?  They have 4 great salemen in DA, Doc, PP and KG -- and have at least a decent shot at a number of FAs who could have a positive impact on a championship contender in Boston.

Tanguay is still convinced Sheed is trongly considering Boston -- not that I'd rely on his opinion, but it certainly seems that it is within the realm of realistic to  hope that we could land a serious contributor.

Marbury back
House back
bbd bye bye

last year we need big men

our small guys are good enough to win it all

Rondo Marbury
Allen House   make one of the best 4 tandem in the league

now

_PP
KG and
Perkuless
realli need help

I mean if we only can get 2 of this 4

Artest, Sheed, Oberto or Marion
then we are talking
all people than can play 4 and in middle 2, 5 too
this team is ready for championships
back is ready
just load the front
give PP and KG some rest
backup for perk fouls ( not that he fouls that much anymore)
and its imposible for them to beat us

go Cs\

As much as i love BBD and powe, theyre not what THIS team needs
well Powe may be but hes hurt and i am worried
Once a CrotorNat always a CROTORNAT  2 times CB draft Champion 2009-2012

Boston is prone to hyperbole, if we do sign Sheed then people will go from expecting nothing to thinking players like Marion and Artest are coming to complement Sheed.
