If the celtics sign anyone tomorrow who will it be and what are the chances?

I dont think we will, it's rare when the first day of FA yields players. Guys are going to feel out their options first.

What we will get is alot of rumors

call me skeptical but i thinkk guys have already felt out their options. i just don't buy that GMs aren't wooing agents -- including numbers and years -- prior to the FA period. i know it's against the rules but i still think it happens everywhere.

Just to clarify, they can start to negotiate tomorrow but can not officially sign anyone until July 8th.  But often news leaks out of that a deal has been agreed upon.

But I think it will likely be a few days before we even get that first confirmed signing rumor.  These top guys are going to evaluate those 4-5 top teams for a few days at least, and some hesitation in Detroit, for example, could muck things up for a bit.

Yeah.  I don't think so unless KG has really convinced Sheed that this is the only place for him to play OR the C's go after someone other teams don't see as worth MLE and throw MLE money at them.  

Like other have said, most guys who the C's would like to see settle for MLE money are going to try get more.  They're not going to settle for it right away.
