I really really really hope Eddie returns, he gives great energy off the bench, can play some backup point when called upon, and as we all know shoots lights out from three.

i really hope he returns both because of his shooting ability and because his salary really increases trading flexibility in terms of packaging expiring contracts. If takes his option, suddenly we can put together enough contracts to save money for other teams looking to dump salary by taking on someone like Maggette, Jason Richardson, Chandler, Kaman, etc. Without Eddie's salary, that's much harder.

well, looks like he's back. Good, he'll either provide shooting, or we can now receive up to 13.9 million dollars of unwanted contracts from cash-strapped teams and give only expiring deals in return.
