I'm actually totally on board with this, especially if Sheed is in fact coming Boston way.

I was definitely curious to see Mar and KG on the court together and that obviously didn't happen. maybe round 2 will be the right mixture.

Meh, I think we were better with House at the point for the most part this year. I'm not at all a fan of House at the 2 for defending and rebounding.

But Marbury showed some flashes of being a very solid backup. I'd be fine with giving him a try, but I wouldn't invest so much money that we couldn't cut him loose if he never regained his shooting touch.

Most definitely, plus Eddie at the 2 works okay in the regular season and against small backcourts.

It's a good option to have, but I'd rather we have something different as our standard rotation. Even if it means Eddie to the bench except as a specialist. :'(.

I'd be all for bringing Marbury back--I have a feeling he'll play better next year. Marbury will adjust to Celtics basketball and not be too unselfish like he was and he'll do an admirable job as the back up PG, sharing minutes with House and occasionally sharing minutes with Eddie. If Marbury comes back, I'm not worried about our back-up PG situation. Big man situation though....

Please Rasheed? Please? Make Tanguay look good.

Wait if they are announcing that Davis was made a qualifying offer does that mean we aren't making one to Powe. I thought Leon was a RFA.

Not necessarily. But I would not be surprised if we don't make the qualifying offer for Leon. With his injury Danny might very well feel like we can get him cheaper or for multiple years a bargain rate as team options.

Marbury = Good point guard, good attitude.

He'll be 3 times as good with a full training camp w/ The C's. Esspecially since he doesn't have to play catch up now.

With Perk, KG, Sheed, and BBD, we could give KG and Sheed plenty of rest. I only see Powe coming back if it is dirt cheep. Hard to commit money to a guy who may not be able to physically contribute.

I would think our offseason would be the best in the NBA if we signed both Sheed and Marbury. Reminiscent of the of the dream teams of the 80's. Garnett, Pierce, Allen, Sheed, Rondo, Marbury, Perkins. Thats a lot of firepower.

Id love for Marbury to return he showed signs of returning to Starbury of old late in the Postseason bringing him back would be a good move im for it..

I suppose the C's will be willing to offer him a contract for the minimum and maybe he is talking about the LLE when he refers to "a fair deal"?

I would bring Steph back either way, he is worth it

Sheed for the MLE, Marbury for the LLE, trade Scal and TA for a wing guy (like Nocioni for example), resign BBD, and then hope Walker and Giddens show some growth this year.

That would be a great off-season IMO.
