It is the way they are numbered.  Odd rounds are 1-30.  Even rounds are 31-60.

am I the only one that finds this really confusing?  Any way we can just got 1-30 in each round?

Hey sorry for my inactivity - i was on vacation at the Saco river (place is NUTS)...
