Id be up to do it again, but would like an assistant GM as i won't be around for all the picks (plus its more fun with another person)

Do you want the same team as last year?  If so, who were you?

I think doing rounds 6-15 in the 2nd week is a wise choice too.

I think that 3rd week was where we lost some folks... though I though it was still a blast to go that deep into the NBA.

Im writing into the Bill Simmons Mailbag to see if he would like to be my Assistant GM

haha, i like this idea.  I'm sure Simmons gets tons of offers from his readers to help them do this or that, but this is a pretty fun/unique draft and the type of thing that would be right up his ally.

Two Questions.  How will the draft be set up in terms of an order?  And how long once the draft order is completed will we have to trade  picks before the draft starts?  That was the most fun time of last years draft I think.

Im not sure who ended up with like 6 picks in the first to rounds but I remember he swindled me!

I am 100% in this year again and looking to defend my Southeast Division crown with yoooooouuuuurrrr.......

ORLANDO MAGICS!
^^ Too soon?!?!

There were rumors that Edgar wanted the Magics. I'd prefer to keep them but would pull a Boston/San Diego trading of the franchises if it came to that (and i got 1 million TP's Edgar  ;))

P.S. TP Don for getting this ball rolling... and if there's anything I can do to help, PM me.

I am in ....

and not alone...

this year you should fear, beleive me you should fear

team wise I am going to leave the desition to my CO-GM

Edgar and I will be jointly running a team this year, with Edgar the primary GM and me his assistant.  We'll take Boston (and if not, Portland), and will be renaming the team the CrotoNats.

Couple Suggestions:

Forget about conventional divisions and all that jazz. At the end of the the draft and trading period, each team decides to enter into 1 of 2 categories:

1. Team that wins now.
2. Team in the best position 5 years from now.

and just have 1 poll.
