TMZ is reporting that Orlando GM Gainesville Celtic was seen this evening at an outdoor Avett Brothers show furiously typing on his blackberry. Speculation centers on his scouting either a drunk guy with a big beard as his SG or a woman with a sun dress as his PF... Stay tuned to TMZs twitter feed for more info!

AP- In breaking news, it appears as though GM Sarah Palin has signed off on her first trade as acting GM of the Toronto Raptors.  More details to come, but Palin will address the media in the morning with a press conference scheduled for 8AM

Did TMZ also report that acting CEO of the Fake Phoenix Suns IndeedProceed (Jesse Ventura has a lot of public engagements) is spending the night playing COD4 and considering going to the bar with his degenerate friends? They miss all the big stories.

Hey if anyones interested in trading me their 4th or 5th rd picks or even 6th rd picks I'm willing to package a bunch of my late picks for them. PM


And no I'm not trying to rip someone off its all I got to offer as a result of my other trades so let me know. If my third rd pick entices you enough and you got a high 4th and 5th rd pick i might be willing to trade it for that.

AP- Toronto- Acting Gm Sarah Palin with Chief of basketball operations Rondo2287 by her side made a statement this morning. 

"Last night we had a quick and easy negotiation with Portland trading our 3rd rounder for  two 5th rounders.  We believe that the depth we will be able to have by having 5 5th rounders will be extrordinary, not to mention having 9 picks in the first 5 rounds. For now I am going to pass the mic over to Rondo2287."

"We have set ourselves up in a great position to field a competitive team both this year and in the future.  I am going to do my best to avoid the "Sean Williams, and Joe Alexander" picks this year and try to maximize our standing.  We are very content with our status as a team right now but are willing to listen to offers for our first and second rounder."

I think this is an excellent trade for Toronto.  Moving up 16 slots, to the near-elite phase of the first round, is worth moving down 17 in the fourth and 14 from the 5th.

Once again:  GMs should shop around, because Edgar and I would have beat this offer.
