Greg Oden going to Minnesota my inside source tells me.  Didn't specify as to what the exact trade was I'm guessing either for a combination of picks and probably a player or so to make salaries meet.  Just remember you heard it here first guys!

Dang.  If true then Big Al will play PF, which he is better suited for.  But then what happens to Kevin Love?   I guess neither Oden nor Love have proven anything yet, so having both can't hurt.

Assuming Love would be involved in this trade.  I can't imagine Portland would trade Oden and just get picks in return, and I doubt Minnie would trade Big Al for Oden.

from DraftExpress' site (scroll down to the 'Crazy Trade Rumors' section):

-Portland dangling Greg Oden to try and get into the top 5? A number have teams say they are hearing that, although it could all be coming from the same source. A Trailblazers executive we spoke with emphatically denied that they would even consider trading Oden.

The deli guy hasn't gotten back to me for confirmation, so let's just file this one under Rumors.

How can Ainge stand by and allow this to happen when he has TA, Scali and good ole JR to offer for Oden?

You never know.  According to DX, OKC was asking for Big Al from Minny if Minny wanted the #3 pick.  That gives an idea of the price of these high picks.  If Rubio was there at #5, Portland might have to part with Oden for the #5 from Minny, and little else in return...

People need to plan better to make up fake rumors and have "Sources"

The ideal plan is you should make an account many, many months in advance before posting your crazy idea and claim it as fact. Second, build up that post count and gain respect in the community of bloggers/posters. Third, Then you unleash your diabolic plan to overthrow the site's mods and take control for yourself with crazy rumors.

38 posts and the deli guy doesn't quite cut it, man.
