I like Crawford a lot.  Even when he was on these Knicks teams I have despised for the last few years, he always seemed to play hard.  He's a great offensive talent and I would have loved to have him coming off the bench for us.

Oh my goodness ... Crawford has two seasons left on his contract. I didn't even notice that at first.

That's horrific. Abysmal. Disgraceful. Awful. Terrible ... atrocious deal for Atlanta.

The Warriors sucked with Crawford. the Knicks sucked with him. The Bulls sucked with him. I don't remember Michigan being any good with him either. Supposedly he averaged 20 points a game in his 10 and under league, but they also came in last place. ;)

C's can do better with their expiring contracts.

I wonder if Atlanta had to include their first rounder (#19).

Not a big fan of Crawford. I wonder what that means for Bibby? Maybe Atlanta is planning on a Crawford-Johnson backcourt?

L.A. Clippers
Derrick Rose Blake Griffin 4.11 5.3 5.15 6.11 7.15 8.11 9.15 10.11 11.15 12.11 13.15

Jamal Crawford sucks. I wouldn't trade Scal for him straight up if contracts were no issue.

He's nasty on offense though.

A gunner who plays poor D. D'Antoni and Don Nelson didn't want him. That says a lot. Atlanta doesn't really have a plan.

Does Atlanta have a clue what they're doing?

I wonder if the GSW firesale is beginning.

Chris Mullens is out as GM, Nellis still seems to be calling the shots, but may be on a short leash.

GSW is clearly miffed with Monta... Acie Law and Speedy for Crawford are salary dumps, but I wonder if GSW is also trying to get backup PGs in case Monta gets traded.

Rondo for Monta?  Salaries don't match, but it would be a swap of two disgruntled PGs....
(I think this matches: Rondo+TA+Scal+Giddens for Monta+GSW#7pick).

Celtics fan for life.

At the very least they upgraded their bench, giving them one of the best six men in the country.

If Ainge is set on moving Rondo, that's a pretty intriguing trade proposal.

Deal finalized and will be official 7/1/09

Can I pre-order my Acie Law GSW jersey or will I have to wait until July? That would be very frustrating :(
